About me and my practice
I work online and on the phone, and have absolute confidence that a good therapeutic relationship can be built equally as well as in the face to face environment. As a teacher for many years, I appreciate the importance of relationship for growth in education and personal development. I have an appreciation of diversity in all aspects of being human. There is no need to be defined by any label. We are all uniquely normal. I can support you to explore your issues identify their possible roots and find tools and strategies for moving forward with more equanimity, resilience and a sense of agency to shape your life experience.
